Organic Bloom Frames

I’m so excited to offer beautiful custom framing options from The Organic Bloom! These are a personal favorite of mine! They are the most beautiful, unique, and whimsical frames I have ever seen. You won’t find them at framing stores or other retail outlets. Each individual frame is handcrafted, painted, aged, and distressed to your hearts desire by a small company that sells directly to photographers! With the variety of sizes, shapes, and colors, with the option for multiple openings and double stacking colors, the possibilities are endless! Below, I’ve tried to illustrate the basics to get you on your way to designing your custom frame. The only problem you’ll have is wanting ten instead of one 🙂 Eventually my home will be covered in these! In a future post, I’ll post some idea photos of frames and frame groupings others have done!

Mounted Prints

Many of my clients ask about mounted prints. I always mount anything larger than an 8×10, to prevent warping in the frame. Even smaller prints are extremely nice when mounted, and provide a very nice professional touch. Here’s a mounted 8×12 photo so you can see the thickness of the matboard. I can also mount on foamboard, which is thicker, and my choice for very large prints.

Gallery Art Blocks

A lot of my customers are unfamiliar with gallery blocks, so I thought I’d share a little bit about them and post some pictures. Gallery Art Blocks are professional metallic prints adhered to a solid wood structure and then laminated to insure no wearing, tearing or peeling. Each gallery block has clean, crisp 90° angles, without folded corners like canvas. They are really easy to clean (just wipe with a damp cloth!). I have them available as single images or as art collages, which can be customized to fit any room or nursery!

Introducing Mini Accordian Wavebooks

This is one of my most popular products! My clients absolutely love these! They are mini, adorable, and come in a trio. Perfect for sharing with two sets of grandparents, while keeping one for yourself. They make excellent holiday gifts too! They are 3x3in and can accommodate up to ten images, along with some text (name, birth stats, a favorite quote… possibilities are endless!). I have a couple styles to choose from, and can customize color palettes to your images/tastes etc.
